Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear drive capable of initiating free, e.g. convenient for design space, positioning of respective members of a linear drive.SOLUTION: A linear drive 101 includes a first linear drive module 128 and a second linear drive module 201 offset from the first linear drive module. Each of the linear drive modules includes at least one drive unit 102 and a movable member 103 capable of being moved by the drive unit. One drive unit is annexed to each movable member. The first linear drive module 128 and the second linear drive module 201 are arranged in a mutually offset state.
