PURPOSE: To prevent the malfunction of the circulation of bowls in the bowl circulating paths of a miniature linear guide means, according to a method wherein a pipe having a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the bowl is inserted into a penetrating hole having a diameter greatly larger than the diameter of the bowl in order to constitute a returning path.

CONSTITUTION: A penetrating hole 16 having a diameter greatly larger than the diameter of a bowl 20 is formed in a main body 8, being arranged at the rear portion of a groove for rolling the bowl and in parallel with a guide groove path 14, a pipe 24 having a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the bowl being inserted into the hole 16, so that the returning path 25 of the bowl 20 is formed. End caps 10a and 10b having half circular arc concave portions 17a and 17b are engaged and are connected to each one end of the returning path 25 and the guide groove path 14 in order to smoothly move the bowl to the returning path 25 through chamfering protrusions 18a and 18b. According to the above constitution, the accuracy of processing of the circulating path and the circulation of the bowl can be improved.
