Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thrust and to make a linear motor smaller and thinner by narrowing magnetic gap in a moving magnet type linear motor.
SOLUTION: This linear motor comprises a stator B provided continuously with coil assemblies 3, each having a coil 11 formed by winding a self-bonding conductor and a movable element A, provided with permanent magnets 2 arranged in each position in such a way that the magnet poles of different polarities face opposite each other via a magnetic gap G and with a yoke 1 fixed to the permanent magnet 2 for forming a magnetic circuit. The movable element A with the coil assemblies 3 stored inside the magnetic gap G is provided in such a way as to be movable in the direction in which the coil assemblies 3 are arranged. The stator B has an upper frame 5 and a bottom frame 6 for supporting the coil assemblies 3, which are fixed with the upper frame 5 and bottom frame 6 in such a way that their surfaces are fish with the after.
