Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of persons to make sorting, improve the working environment, and prevent erroneous and excessive casting-in by furnishing a means to set, store, and display the customer of washed linen, name of item, by-item transport sequence of washed lines, and the weighing set value for a weighing bin, and providing a means to inform the understream inspector of this information.
CONSTITUTION: When an operator 8b makes entry of the customer code and item code of linen to be fed, using keys on an operation panel 30 while watching the indication on a display apparatus, the input data including the customer code, item code, feed sequence, pin weight set value are transferred to and stored in a microcomputer in a line control board 32. At the same time, the customer name, feed sequence, etc., are given on the display of an operation panel 31 on the platform 18 to give an instruction to the operator 9. When the start button is pushed and lines to be washed are placed on a weighing conveyor 10 one by one, each piece is weighed and transferred onto a transport conveyor 11 and further onto an inspecting/sorting conveyor 12.
