Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous lining on the inner peripheral surface of a cavity structure having a diameter-changing portion with the inner diameter increasing or decreasing.SOLUTION: A lining material 1 for a diameter-changing portion having difference in curvature radius between one side edge and another side edge in the width direction so as to have an arc-shaped curved belt-like form with a constant width is processed to have a predetermined length, and bent in the thickness direction so as to connect both ends in the longitudinal direction to each other, forming into a cylindrical cone 2 for a diameter-changing portion. A plurality of the cylindrical cones 2 having a different diameter are formed with the diameter at the larger diameter portion and the diameter at the smaller diameter portion each being gradually increased or decreased. The cylindrical cones 2 for a diameter-changing portion are arranged in the axial direction in the ascending order of the diameter at the smaller diameter portion or in the descending order of the diameter at the larger diameter portion on the inside of the diameter-changing portion Pc of a cavity structure P, so that the neighboring cylindrical cones 2 for a diameter-changing portion are joined.
