PURPOSE: To dry clothing effectively by recovering lint by a filter and by keeping air-permeability in a good state, and to eliminate the lint simply by recovering the lint in a casing and by providing the casing removable from a filter cover, by a method wherein a removable casing is provided in a filter cover, and a plurality of pins, each of which is projected facing to the filter, are provided on the casing, and a clearance is provided between the filter and the top of the pins.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pins 10 are provided on a casing 9, facing to a lint filter 6, and a clearance is provided between the top of the pins 10 contact with each other. When the lint filter 6 is rotated, and drying of clothing is started, the lint, such as waste thread, stuck on the clothing is separated from clothing thereof, and is removed with the air circulated in a drying machine, and is finally stuck on the lint filter 6. When laid in a thickness, the stuck lint is in contact with the pins 10 on the casing 9, and the lint is dug out from the lint filter 6 and is gradually collected and is caught around the pines 10. The lint on the filter is always recovered and air-permeability is kept in a good state. In addition, the lint is recoverd in the casing and the casing can also removed from a filter cover, and hence the lint can be eliminated simply.
