Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lip packing which provides a proper contact surface pressure by preventing abnormal elastic deformation even if a pressure is applied to it for long time and reduce the size of products in which the lip packing is used.
CONSTITUTION: A lip packing 17 is provided with a base part 18 and a lip part 19 extending from the base part 18. It is installed on the mounting part 16 of a piston 13. Then the mating surface 18a of the base part 1,8 to the bottom surface 16a of the mounting part 16 is vulcanized and stuck on the bottom surface 16b, and the mating surface 18b of the base part 18 to a side surface 16b is vulcanized and stuck on the side surface 16b.
