Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably supply liquefied sludge to a burner without variation in a flow rate in the supplying step when the sludge is burned by the burner.
CONSTITUTION: The liquefied sludge flow controller for a burner comprises a liquefied sludge fuel supply pump 2, a pressure gage 8, an electromagnetic flowmeter 5 and a flow regulating pump 19 provided from an upstream side at a fuel supply tube of a burner for supplying liquefied sludge, a pressure control unit 9 for controlling the number of revolutions of the supply pump according to the measured value of the gage, and a flow control unit 11 for controlling the number of revolutions of the regulating pump according to the measured value of the flowmeter.
