To obtain the subject composition having a specific pH, excellent bleaching power, low is gas generating by the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide even after preservation for a long period of time, having reduced skin irritation, by including hydrogen peroxide, a calcium salt and a metal cheating agent in a specific composition.
This composition comprises (A) 0.1-30 wt.%, preferably 2-10 wt.%, more preferably 2-6 wt.% of hydrogen peroxide, (B) 0.001-1 wt.%, preferably 0.01-3 wt.% of a calcium salt (preferably calcium chloride) and (C) ≥0.1 wt.%, preferably 0.1-20 wt.%, more preferably 1-10 wt.% of a metal chelating agent (preferably a phosphonic acid compound such as ethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid, ethane-1,1,2-triphosphonic acid, hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid, 1- hydroxyethane-1,1,2-triphosphonic acid or the like) and has pH 2-8, preferably pH4-7.
