SOLUTION: The liquid chromatograph is equipped with at least a liquid feed means 1 for allowing the eluate E to flow in a predetermined flow rate, a sample injection means 9 for injecting a sample Sm in the eluate E, and a separation column means 13 for separating a solute So contained in the sample Sm.
