Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sanitarily, efficiently and continuously apply liquid inside a liquid tank to pie dough through a simple operation by controlling a solenoid valve so as to be opened and closed with prescribed intervals and dropping it from a flow-out pipe onto the pie dough moved by a belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION: The liquid of honey, eggs and water, etc., are put in the liquid tank 2 mounted on a gate type supporting frame 1 formed by metal, plastic or wood, etc., a ball valve 18 provided in a liquid flow pipe 3 is opened, the solenoid valve 4 is opened through a selector switch and the liquid is filled in all the routes of the solenoid valve 4, branched liquid flow pipes 3a and 3b, the upper member 7a and lower member 7b of a shunt body 7 provided on the lower part of the supporting frame 1, a liquid retaining tray part 6 and many flow-out pipes 8. Then, for the pie dough on a water receiver mounted on the belt conveyor and moved under the shunt body 7, the solenoid valve 4 is opened and closed corresponding to the signals of a timer set so as to open and close it with the prescribed intervals and the liquid is dripped and applied from the flow-out pipe 8 to the pie dough without contacting.
