Abstract:
To improve image quality by simplifying the structure of each pixel part in a liquid crystal device allowing light input.
The liquid crystal device includes: a photosensor scanning line 12 arranged in parallel to a liquid crystal scanning line 10; a photosensor switching transistor 42 for connecting the other source/drain (S) to the liquid crystal scanning line 10 by being a part of the pixel part 16, connecting a gate to the photosensor scanning line 12, and connecting one source/drain (D) to source/drain (S) of a liquid crystal switching transistor 40; and a shading film for covering back light side of the liquid crystal switching transistor 40 and the photosensor switching transistor 42.
