Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device wherein the number of members is reduced, manufacturing costs are reduced and assembly is easy.
SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device 100a is provided with a main substrate 110, a pair of glass substrates 122 and 123, an LCD frame 112 attached onto the main substrate 110 and holding the pair of glass substrates 122 and 123 in the inner part thereof, a light guide plate 132 disposed on a display surface side of the glass substrates 122 and 123 and an LED 131 fixed to the main substrate 110 so that the glass substrates 122 and 123 are irradiated with light through the light guide plate 132.
