Abstract:

To provide a liquid-crystal module inspection device capable of assuring a high operation rate and being miniaturized at a low cost.

In a high-temperature bath 41, a rotary drum 44 is driven to intermittently rotate for every pitch. On the rotary drum 44, a fixing jig is provided with a specified pitch circumferentially, which a liquid crystal module attached, and it is driven by a driving circuit, which supply electricity through a rotary connector 53. During the time of rotating once by an intermittent rotation of the rotary drum 44, the liquid-crystal module remains in the high- temperature bath 41 for high-temperature driving. Since any one of the liquid- crystal modules attached circumferntially is sure to face an observation window 42 due to intermittent rotation of the rotary drum 44, a liquid-crystal module is visually inspected through the observation window 42. With the observation window 42 open, a liquid-crystal module is carried in/out of the high-temperature bath 41. Since the area of the observation 42 is sufficiently small to an internal volume of the high-temperature bath 41, while open-time is short, is keeping of high-temperature state has slight effect.
