Abstract:
To provide a liquid detection sensor with which it is possible to stably detect the presence or absence of a liquid.SOLUTION: A liquid detection sensor 1 inserts a tube element P1 from an opening 23a of first and second holding parts 23 into the first and second holding parts 23 and holds the tube element P1 by the first and second holding parts 23. A unit case 41 of an optical unit 40 in which the unit case 41 accommodated in a case 21 is urged by an urging member 60 in the case 21 is pushed into the tube element P1. A unit case 41 such as this functions as a pressure part for pressurizing the tube element P1. In the first and second holding parts 23, the opening 23a is formed in a direction other than a third direction D3 in which the unit case 41 is urged by the urging member 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
