Abstract:
To provide a liquid developer having excellent dot reproducibility.SOLUTION: A liquid developer contains a binder resin, a pigment, a toner particle containing an acetyl acetone complex, a toner particle dispersant, and insulation carrier liquid. The binder resin has a polyester resin. The polyester resin has an SP value of 11.0 (cal/cm)or more and 15.0 (cal/cm)or less. The insulation carrier liquid has an SP value of 7.0 (cal/cm)or more and 9.0 (cal/cm)or less. A valence of metal constituting the acetyl acetone complex is divalent or trivalent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
