Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device with detachment of a piston guide from a stem prevented.SOLUTION: In a liquid discharge device, a first check valve V1 is formed between the lower end of a cylinder 2 and a valve member 20 inserted into the lower part of the cylinder, and the lower half of a stem 66 suspended from a push-down head 74 of an operation member 40 and a piston guide 42 engaged in the lower half of the stem are engaged, through insertion, in the upper half of the cylinder 2. An annular piston 60 is inserted between a movable top wall 44 formed in the lower part of the piston guide 42 and the lower end of the stem 66 so as to ascend and descend freely, and a second check valve V2 is provided between the annular piston 60 and the movable top wall 44. In the part where the outer surface of the piston guide 42 is engaged with the inner surface of the stem 66, an engagement concave part 56 is formed in one of the outer and inner surfaces, and an engagement convex part 68 is formed in the other of the outer and inner surfaces.
