Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic separation filter excellent in separation capacity and acid resistance.SOLUTION: A ceramic separation filter 10 includes a porous substrate 8 and a separation membrane 14 formed on the substrate 8, and the separation membrane 14 is a zeolite laminate including an outermost layer 15 which is located on the outermost side and composed of zeolite and a ground layer 16 which is located lower than the outermost layer 15 and is composed of zeolite, and the Si/Al ratio of the outermost layer 15 of the separation membrane 14 is higher than the Si/Al ratio of the ground layer 16 of the separation membrane 14. Preferably, the thickness of the outermost layer 15 of the separation membrane 14 is a half or less of the thickness of the ground layer 16.
