Foreign matter is captured from liquid flowing from an upstream side common liquid chamber 26 to a downstream side common liquid chamber 25. A bending actuator 31 for vibrating the filter area 29 is directly fitted to a surface on the downstream side common liquid chamber 25 side in the filter area 29 of the filter damper member 6.
