To provide a liquid discharging head which is configured, with high precision, of three elements such as an inner peripheral edge of a first drive electrode, an inner peripheral edge of a second drive electrode and a through hole and a method for manufacturing this liquid discharging head.
In this method, a conductor layer 18a for the first drive electrode and a conductor layer 20a for the second drive electrode are formed in a specified region on both surfaces of an insulating substrate 16 respectively. Next, a hole is drilled almost in the center of the conductor layer 18a for the first drive electrode and a through hole 28 which runs through the conductor layer 18a for the first drive electrode, the insulating substrate 16 and the conductor layer 20a for the second drive electrode in the thickness direction of the insulating substrate 16, are formed.
