To obtain a liquid draining device which completely removes the liquid, such as water, sticking to material to be treated without the occurrence of deviation and without the generation of stains, file flaws, etc., even when the material to be treated is subjected to fine molding, is simple in device constitution and is low in a running cost.

A liquid draining box 1 of the liquid draining device provided with the liquid draining box for removing the liquid sticking to the material to be treated by passing the material to be treated is internally provided with wind passage control bodies 5 for narrowing the space of the liquid draining box in gradual proximity to a pass line 3 apart spaced intervals across the pass line 3 preferably in the pass direction and a suction device is disposed in the space provided with the wind passage control bodies 5 or behind the same.
