An insulator 302 is arranged on a piezoelectric body 304 according to need and covers a surface. The location of the insulator 304 which are not covered with the insulator 302 is used as an actuator 300 for correcting. Two driving wirings 204 connected to adjacent discharging elements 104 are arranged in parallel as shown in Fig.2(C) while contacting with the piezoelectric body 304 in the actuators 300 for correcting. The driving wiring 204B and the driving wiring 204C respectively connected to the discharging element 104B and the adjacent discharging element 104C are arranged in parallel over a predetermined distance on the actuator 300 for correcting which is not covered by the insulator 302 and in which piezoelectric body 304 forms the surface.
