Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head in which ejection stability and refill of an ejection liquid are enhanced regardless of the kind of the ejection liquid and high density of nozzle can be dealt with.
SOLUTION: The recess 8 in a movable separation film 5 provided on a bubble generating region 7 is deformed easily by a pressure produced through generation of a bubble 6 in the bubble generating region 7 to the first liquid channel 3 side with a thin film part as a starting point and the recess 8 is reset upon extinction of the bubble 6.
