Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head that can reduce variation in ejection.SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head includes: a flow passage member 4 including multiple ejection holes 8, multiple first flow passages 12 individually connected to the multiple ejection holes 8, multiple compression chambers 10 individually connected to the first flow passages 12, and a second flow passage connected to the multiple compression chambers in common; and multiple compression parts 30 respectively applying pressure to liquid in the multiple compression chambers 10. In the liquid ejection head, a first communication chamber 7 communicated to the multiple first flow passages 12 in common is installed and the first communication chamber 7 is disposed so as to surround the multiple first flow passages 12.
