Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which is capable of manufacturing liquid fertilizers including the balance of the nutrients effective for growth of plants from residues after organic wastes are fermented and biogas is taken out at low cost and an apparatus for the same. SOLUTION: A formulated concentrate 6 is obtained by a solid-liquid separating machine 5 from the residues after the biogas 4 is taken out. The concentrate is carried to a transpirator 7 where the moisture is adjusted. The formulated concentrate is then supplied to an ion exchange resin 8 and is fractionated to a rich potassium fraction 9 (solution A) and a rich nitrogen-phosphorus fraction 10 (solution B). In succession, the solutions A and B are respectively supplied to moisture evaporating machines 11 and 12 by which the solutions are concentrated and the concentrated liquid fertilizers 13 (potassium base) and 14 (nitrogen-phosphorus base) are obtained. Prescribed amounts of both are mixed before application.
