PURPOSE: To provide a liquid food or a drink having the characteristic taste and flavor of liquid food and capable of preventing the tooth caries, by combining a liquid food and a piece of chewing gum.

CONSTITUTION: A liquid food such as juice, coffee, carbonated beverage, sweetened adzuki-bean soup, syrup, etc., is combined with a piece of chewing gum. The liquid food is placed in a water-proof container. The chewing gum is put into the food or attached to the container. The container may have a sub-section or furnished with a plastic sheet having a small cavity, into which the chewing gum is placed.
