Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection device being capable of highly accurately and selectively providing water-repellent films having high water-repellent properties and of suppressing leakage of liquid to an outside and peeling of a component while suppressing accumulation of the liquid and the leakage of the liquid, and further to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A liquid injection device comprises: a liquid injection head having nozzle openings injecting liquid; and valve units 50 being connected to the liquid injection head and opening/closing flow passages of the liquid. Each of the valve units 50 includes: a valve seat 51 provided in the flow passage; and a valve body 55 being brought into contact with the valve seat 51, being separated therefrom and opening/closing the flow passage. Each valve seat 51 includes: a contact member 520 brought into contact with the valve body 55; and a support member 510 supporting the contact member 520. Each contact member 520 is assembled into the support member 510 in a state being subjected to water-repellent processing in comparison with an inner surface of the flow passage of the support member 510. Each valve body 55 includes: an elastic member 560 brought into contact with the valve seat 51; and a fixing member 550 fixing the elastic member 560.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
