Title:
LIQUID-SEALED TYPE VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012172832
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a liquid-sealed type vibration control device capable of suppressing occurrence of cavitation.

A liquid-sealed type vibration control device 10 includes an orifice flow passage 34 at an outer peripheral part of a partition body 28 partitioning off a main liquid chamber 30 and a sub liquid chamber 32, and further includes in the orifice flow passage 34, a valve element 46 which is substantially orthogonal to an opening direction K of a main liquid chamber-side opening 42 of the orifice flow passage. The valve element 46 serves as a partition wall which partitions the orifice flow passage 34 into a main flow passage 48 and a sub flow passage 50 where a liquid flows in an opposite direction from the main flow passage in a circumferential direction C on a main liquid chamber side. The main flow passage 48 and sub flow passage 50 are connected in a return state on the side of a tip 48B of the valve element to form an orifice flow passage part nearby the main liquid chamber-side opening 42. The valve element 46 deforms in a direction in which the main flow passage 48 is blocked with the liquid when the flow velocity of the liquid flowing in the sub flow passage 50 from the main liquid chamber-side opening 42 reaches or exceeds a predetermined velocity, thereby controlling the flow of the liquid from the main liquid chamber 30 to the sub liquid chamber 32.
