Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent danger by limiting inclination of a cab and securing a living space of a driver by installing a stopper on a mount and regulating inclination of a stud.
SOLUTION: An elastic body 22 is vulcanized and adhered between an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder member 27 and an outer peripheral surface of a stud 12 and on an upper surface of an overhung part 29 and a damping plate 33 is fixed on a bottom of the stud 12 by a bolt 34 on a mount provided with a first stopper 30 projected upward from the overhung part 29 on an upper end. Thereafter, a container 28 is calked and fixed on a second stopper 32, viscous liquid 13 is injected from a filler hole 35, and it is plugged by a welded plug 36. Thereafter, when a side wall 25 of a cab on which this mount is installed receives large force and it is inclined, the stud 12 compresses the elastic body 22 and the side wall 25 makes contact with the stopper 30. Furthermore, when the cab is inclined, the damping plate 33 makes contact with the second stopper 32. In this way, it is possible to secure a living space of a driver and to protect the driver by regulating inclination of the side wall 25 by the stoppers 30, 32.
