To provide a liquid spouting container with a fitting cap 11 fitted to a container body A and with a dispenser B having an overcap D fitted thereto which is capable of preventing the overcap from being detached by a shock, and easily being attached and detached.

An annular first engagement projecting bar 33 and a second engagement projecting bar 17 of a predetermined length attachably and detachably engaged with the first engagement projecting bar are provided on the inner surface of an overcap and the outer surface of a guide cylinder 16 with the overcap fitted thereto. A fixing cylinder C for reinforcing the engagement is provided on the outer circumference of the fitting cap so as to be turnable. The fixing cylinder has a pushing projection 25 on its inner surface in a turnable manner to a non-engagement part from the position at which the pushing projection pushes the engagement part of the first and second engagement projecting bars.
