Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously suck impure ingredients suspended in a liquid and impure ingredients floating on the liquid surface in conducting the suction of the liquid in which the impure ingredients are mixed.
SOLUTION: A sub-pipe 102 is branched from the mid-way of a main pipe 101 and the tip 102a of the sub-pipe 102 is located in a prescribed depth near the liquid surface by a floating type suction part 110. When a suction pump 14 is operated, oil-mixed water 12 present in the middle part or the bottom part is sucked by the main pipe 101 and oil-mixed water 12 present near the liquid surface is sucked by a sub-pipe 102. As a result, oil 12a suspended in the liquid and oil 12a floating on the liquid surface are simultaneously sucked. Notches and fins are provided in a suction cylinder part 120 of the floating body type suction part 110 and then the oil-mixed water 12 flows in while forming vortex flow to decrease the flow-in resistance.
