Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle display device which can easily check a plurality of condition displays and save a space, and a meter having the vehicle display device.
SOLUTION: The vehicle display device comprises a transmissive liquid crystal display panel 2, a transmissive backlight unit 3 which is disposed on a back side of the transmissive liquid crystal display panel 2 to illuminate the transmissive liquid crystal display panel 2, a warning display unit 7 which is disposed on the back side of the transmissive backlight unit 3, and a warning light source 11 which is disposed on the back side of the warning display unit 7. A display space can be reduced thereby.
