One end of the pipe 26 is made open in a recharge tank 4 in the liquid delivery equipment 12, and its open 28 is placed higher than the highest level H. A lower end 32 of the liquid guide 30 is placed lower than the lowest level L. The liquid guide 30 receives the liquid material conducted through the pipe 26, and guides the liquid to the lower end 32.
