Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form processing program for automatically inputting items of a transfer form manually inputted by a bank clerk.SOLUTION: A business form processing program allowing a computer to execute transfer processing of a business form on the basis of image data of the business form includes: a determination step of determining contents of a plurality of items needed for the transfer processing on the basis of the image data of the business form; and an extraction step of extracting information related to the specific item that is not the heading item of the business form, of the plurality of items needed for the transfer processing from the image data of the business form by referring to a keyword table previously storing the information related to the specific item. The determination step includes: a first determination step of determining the content of the specific item on the basis of a record of a results information table without executing the extraction step when the information related to the specific item is recorded in the result information table; and a second determination step of analyzing the information related to the specific item extracted in the extraction step to determine the content of the specific item when the information related to the specific item is not recorded in the result information table.
