This gelation food such as gelidium jelly or jelly comprises conventional fermented soybean and its processes product containing a culture solution of live bacterium producing a substance useful for human bodies, e.g. Bacillus natto or lactobacillus and live bacterium and an effective substance. The gelation food can further contain seasoning, fruit juice, powdered tea and other foods, and a raw material for fermentation of lactobacillus includes soybean milk as vegetable milk in addition to cow milk as an animal milk.
