To provide a load cell with a center rest mechanism which is easy of mounting a body and can perform centering of a sensitivity part easily, and furthermore, excelling in an absorptivity of a horizontal force produced with an earthquake and wind pressure or the like.
The load cell 1 with the center rest mechanism includes a fixing stand 2 attached in a fixed side 5, a load receiving stand 3 attached in a load receiving stand side 6, a sensitivity part 4 mounted between the fixing stand 2 and the load receiving stand 3. In the fixing stand 2, a center rest part 21 with a cylindrical shape is mounted with a predetermined interval at the circumference of the sensitivity part 4. The load receiving stand 3 has a notch part 34 through which a head part 41 of the sensitivity part is penetrated to keep the predetermined interval between the inside surface of the notch part 34 and the circumference of the head part 41 of the sensitivity part.
