To suppress increase in heat generation of a load drive element even if the temperature rises and to miniaturize the load controller.

In the load controller, a triangle wave generation circuit 1 generates a triangle wave by switching charge/discharge of a capacitor C1 when a comparator CP1 compares the voltage VC1 of the capacitor C1 with a reference voltage Vt1 based on a constant current obtained by a current mirror circuit (constant current source) comprising transistors Q2-Q4, a current mirror circuit (constant current source) comprising transistors Q5-Q7, and a resistor R2, which are connected at a constant voltage Vc. In the load controller, a diode D1 whose characteristics vary as the temperature rises is added for the transistor Q2 constituting the current mirror circuit (constant current source).
