1527061 Compositions containing clindamycin and a steroid UPJOHN CO 10 March 1977 [19 March 1976] 10067/77 Addition to 1403962 Heading A5B An anti-inflammatory composition contains 6α, 9α - difluoro - 11#, 17α, 21 - trihydroxy- 16# - methylpregna - 1, 4 - diene - 3, 20 - dione 17, 21 - diacetate and clindamycin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof, and a pharmaceutical carrier. The compositions may be formulated for oral, topical or parenteral use, and may also contain chloroxine. Other antibacterial and antifungal agents may also be present.
