PURPOSE: To facilitate the handling and simplify the making work of opening parts as ID information, concerning a lock device and a card making work.

CONSTITUTION: Locking members 35, 37 recognize a card 27 put in an inserting part 28 into which the card 27 having ID information such as opening parts 33 is inserted, alow its passing if the card is correct, obstruct its passing if it is incorrect, and they are fitted to shafts 34,36 provided on the inserting part 28 so as to be rotationally movable and in the energized condition toward the card in the inserting part 28. Further, a latch part for obstructing the passing is formed on the end part of the inner side of the locking members 35, 37, and a projecting part for abutting against the end part of the card and moving the locking members themselves in the direction of escaping from the card is formed between the latch part and the end part of the inlet side. Furthermore a lock releasing member 26 is provided on a position where the one part 26b is pressed by the correct card 27 passed through the locking members 35, 37.
