When a door is closed, the polarity of the lower surface of the magnet 13a (13b) and the polarity of the upper surface of magnets 4a, 4b are set so that the same polar surfaces are mutually opposed every 180°, or the different polar surfaces are mutually opposed. When the operating plate 19 is moved in a prescribed direction, the rotating body 11 is rotated 180°, and the polarity of the lower' surface part of the magnet 13a (13b) is reversed to have the same polarity as the upper end part of a protruding and recessing member 4 (4). Therefore, the protruding and recessing member 4 (4) is retreated in unlocking direction by the repelling force generated between them.
