PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy and quick assembling of an arm-holder of a lock-arm by eliminating the need for post-processing, and to realize a remarkable cost reduction in a locking device for crime prevention.
SOLUTION: In this locking device for crime prevention, the body of a holder 13 of an arm-holder 11 is constituted, dividing into an outside packing case 19 and an attachment block 20 which is set in the outside packing case. The outside packing case is molded by box form opened an aperture 21 to a side, using a metallic material of high rigidity. The attachment block is a single-piece molded using low melting point material, and the outside packing case and the attachment block are provided with latching sections for connecting them by fitting in as irregularities. A cylinder-stopper a, which is attached last to the attachment block among mechanism parts P, is provided with a fastening section 37 which fastens to the attachment block by setting in as irregularities; and when the fastening section 37 is fastened to the attachment block, the arm-holder is assembled, by connecting the attachment block which is attached the other mechanism parts P with the outside packing case in a fixed state.
