PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution of long object winding work by enabling stability to be provided by temporarily fixing winding-start and winding-end positions and the like.SOLUTION: A long object fastening device comprises a long central part 4, and front and rear split parts 3a and 3b. Front and back sides of the long central part 4 are configured as a hook-and-loop fastener B, and latched to a hook-and-loop fastener Ba provided in split parts 3a1 and 3b2. In addition, the split parts 3a1 and 3b2 are also latched to each other.
