Abstract:
To provide a long-sized cemented carbide body ultra-micropore having the same diameter in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A cemented rod 1 is constituted of cemented carbide including a hard phase which has tungsten carbide (WC) as a main component, and an ultra-micropore 2 having a diameter of approximately 11 μm is formed in a longitudinal direction in the same diameter. Supply powder formed by kneading raw material powder containing tungsten carbide (WC) and solvent is supplied into a cylinder, the supplied powder is firmly pressed in the cylinder, the firmly pressed supply powder is extruded through a nozzle which includes a predetermined opening shape and in a passage of which a tungsten wire with a diameter of 15 μm is arranged, an extruded molding is sintered, by which the cemented rod 1 is manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
