Abstract:

To provide a production method for a starch usable as raw materials for a grape sugar and alcohol as well as thickening and applicable to processed foods such as rice threads, bean starch vermicelli, various kinds of noodles, bread and Japanese sweets, cakes and chinese dumpling crust, while ensuring superior digestion and absorption property with a state preserving a gelatinization (edible gelatinized starch) even after cooled.

After taking out a loquat seed from the flesh, the seed is washed by water, then a small quantity of water is added to this washed seed, then the seed is crushed and ground by a mixer, then a starch is obtained through exposing to water. This starch is dried by hot air and then powdered.
