Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically sort bundles of cable with terminal into lots by providing a plurality of protruding hooks, a motor for rotating the boss part of the hook, and a strut for rotatably supporting the boss part.
CONSTITUTION: A sorting device 6 is a device for connecting both ends of a plurality of cables with terminals 3 curved in U-shape to each other by a tape 14, and automatically sorting them every cable bundle 3', and formed of a plurality of protruding hooks 20, a motor 24 for rotating the boss part 23 of the hook 20, and a strut 22 for rotatably supporting the boss part 23. The hook 20 catches the tape part 14' of the cable bundle 3' sent from an unloading unit 1, the motor 24 successively rotates the boss part 23 having the hook 20 protrudingly fixed thereto by the adjacent angle of the hook. The strut 22 rotatably supports the boss part 23. Thus, the collecting manual work of cable bundle requiring much time as in the past is not required, power saving is attained, and the inclusion of a product to other lots can be prevented.
