Title:
LOW COST HIGH DENSITY CHARGING HIGH OUTPUT ADSORPTIVE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016142487
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of realizing a low cost while improving a charging efficiency as well as small-sized formation and cold heat output per volume of an adsorptive type heat exchanger.SOLUTION: Adsorption agent is filled in a fin clearance of an adsorption heat exchanger and a mass of adsorption desorption refrigerant per heat exchanger volume is increased. Then, a refrigerant vapor passage is arranged at the layer, an increasing of an amount of refrigerant vapor adsorbed or desorbed per unit time per unit mass of adsorption agent is attained to get a high output. Further, in order to restrict a reduction of charging rate, the structure is made to have the refrigerant vapor passage at a part of the layer. Further, as a fin type of the heat exchanger, a corrugate fin is employed to promote heat transfer to the adsorption agent and a louver fin is employed to restrict peeling-off state between the adsorption agent layer and the fin. Inside part of the pipe in the heat exchanger is made as a fine pipe structure capable of improving heat transfer. This invention has employed a method for manufacturing a low cost adsorption heat exchanger in which slurry having adsorption agent, water, and binder material mixed to each other is flowed between the fins of a commercial radiator heat exchanger to cause the layer to be easily dried and its mass production to be available.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
