Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature gas manufacturing device capable of efficiently manufacturing low temperature gas with a simple device configuration.SOLUTION: A low temperature gas manufacturing device comprises: a gas cooling pipe 22 where gas to be a raw material of low temperature gas flows therein; and a nozzle 24 which injects liquefied gas into the gas cooling pipe. The gas cooling pipe has a partition member 25 therein at a downstream side of the nozzle in a gas flow direction. The partition member forms a plurality of gas cooling passages parallel to an axial line of the gas cooling pipe. The gas cooling pipe is incorporated in a circulation passage to circulate the low temperature gas through a circulation device 21.
