This low-temperature storehouse is made up of a thermal insulation panel 2 sandwiching a thermal insulant, consisting of two chambers with a partition wall 6 therebetween, and is so designed that a vent hole 7 is provided under the partition wall 6 to allow the in-chamber air to flow freely, and a cooler 4 is set up above the partition wall 6 astride both the chambers. The blow-off port 4a of the cooler 4 is connected to one of the chambers, while the suction port 4b to the other, the vent hole 7 is provided with a water- absorbing curtain 8 made of air-permeable cloth or paper, and the lower end of the curtain 8 is dipped into the water in a water tank 9.
