Air insulation type branch circuit bus ducts 7, 8 are branched by trunk branch tools 5, 6 from tight-contact insulating trunk bus ducts 3, 4 connected to a main power board 1 and a backup system power board 2, and fed to a plurality of equipment 11 to be powered. The trunk branch tools 5, 6 are stored in metal cases, include plug-in connecting portions to the trunk bus ducts 3, 4, mount ends of the branch circuit bus ducts 7, 8 in the direction perpendicular to the trunk bus ducts 3, 4, and connect the plug-in connecting portions and the branch circuit bus ducts 7, 8 in it. Branch wire branching tools 9, 10 include plug-in connecting portions to the power circuit bus ducts 7, 8 and a connecting device to the equipment 11 to be powered.
