Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower die having integrally rotatably a burr push-crushing part for push-crushing a burr and an ejector member.SOLUTION: A lower die for removing a burr caused in a cutting edge lower part of a plate-like workpiece, comprises a lower die body 5 supported by a die holder 3 in a punch press, and the inside of this lower die body 5 is provided with a rotary body 13 freely rotatable around the axis in the vertical direction. A pin member 15 having a conical-shaped burr push-crushing part 17 in an upper end part is provided in a central position of this rotary body 13, and the pin member 15 is provided with an ejector member 21 having a vertically freely penetrating through-hole 31 so as to be vertically freely rotatable in the rotary body 13 and integrally freely rotatable with the rotary body 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
